Meet Our Navigators!
Fantazia Berry - Mid South Career Pathways Navigator
What is the best part of working as a Navigator?
The best part is the autonomy and the freedom to approach situations in ways that make sense to you and the communities you serve. There is also creative freedom and flexibility that makes the working environment pleasant.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people; the advocacy and sense of mentorship. As a Navigator, I interact with a lot of people who never had a support system or confidence to seek out one, so giving them that is a rewarding feeling.
