Welcome to scaleLIT!

Dear returning and potential scaleLIT members,

As we embark upon the fiscal year 2023, I am thrilled to share scaleLIT’s membership packet with you. Most of you know that the Chicago Citywide Literacy Coalition changed its name to scaleLIT in April. As our new name suggests, we are all in on helping organizations use adult literacy best practices to serve the community. Whether you’re looking for ways to connect your program participants to scaleLIT’s corps of Career Navigators and/or the One-Stop Operator team, to build your constituents’ ability to connect to the world around them through digital literacy instruction, or to network and learn from our various peer networks, scaleLIT is here to serve you and help you meet your goals.

One important change that I want to highlight is that this year’s membership will have two levels. The first level will include access to scaleLIT’s regular coalition meetings, monthly learning circles, access to our various pass-through grant programs, and inclusion in our networking events.

The second level will include access to scaleLIT’s Northstar Digital Literacy Assessment platform (including technical assistance to you and your team in getting up and running with the program), and a few other features; the first 40 members at this level receive an annual subscription to the Change Agent.

I hope that you enjoy reading through this year’s membership offerings; we are always strategizing ways to better meet your needs. We are grateful for your ongoing support and commitment to our shared vision of leading through literacy, and we look forward to our continued collaboration.
