A brief introduction from The Chicago Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities and IL Department of Rehabilitation Services, followed by scaleLIT member organization Anixter Center. 

Anixter Center's role is to support companies wanting to hire diverse populations, build programming for disabled workers, and help educate staff and coworkers about how to be accommodating, respectful, and equitable to disabled employees.
