Mental Health Matters - Mental Health First Aid Training

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

May is Mental Health Awareness month. Mental health heavily influences our quality of life. So it makes sense that mental health, just like physical health, needs to be taken care of and maintained.

Mental Health First Aid Training - Tuesday, 5/23 from 8:30am-4:30pm

The Sertoma Centre will provide an in-person FREE Mental Health First Aid Training, held at Greater West Town Partnership, 500 N Sacramento Blvd in Chicago. Participants will learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help. They will learn how to apply the Mental Health First Aid action plan in a variety of situations.

Pre-Registration is Required. Limited registration of 30 participants. Only 20 spots left! Register now HERE.
